Return Policy

     All claims for damage or shortage must be made at time of delivery or pick-up. All material other than 1st quality is sold as is with no expressed or implied warranties. Estimates on job square footage is the sole responsibility of the customer. All material returned must be unopened and undamaged to the satisfaction of Talona Mountain Flooring and furthermore must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery/pickup. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund (less shipping and handling). Items returned for store credit will receive full credit less any shipping and handling charges (credit good for 6 months). Refunds will be issued by mail within 15 calendar days. No returns on tavern, cabin, special order, closeouts, or discontinued items.

NSF check policy:

     All returned checks will be charged 5% or $25 which ever is greater. In addition, in case of legal proceedings which are instituted for collection, the customer will pay all cost, including those paid to an attorney who may be employed for such purposes of collection.
